1. About Us

These terms apply to all purchases made through helixpeptides.uk.

By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by Helix Peptides are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not medicines, drugs, or food supplements and are not intended for human or animal consumption, self-administration, or any therapeutic purpose.

By purchasing, you confirm that:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional
• You will use the products solely for lawful research purposes
• You are 18 years of age or over
• You understand and accept the research-only nature of these products

3. Stock & Pre-Orders

Some products are held in stock and dispatch the same working day when ordered before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Other products are pre-order, dispatched within 15–20 days of payment. For pre-order items, by placing an order you acknowledge that:

• Pre-order items are dispatched within 15–20 days of purchase
• Payment is by bank transfer — see section 4 below
• You will receive an email confirmation and a shipping notification when dispatched

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Payment is by UK bank transfer only. When you place an order we email you our bank details and a unique payment reference. You make the transfer from your own bank using that reference, and we dispatch once the payment arrives and is verified. No card details are taken at any point, and no payment is taken when you place the order.

You have 7 days from placing your order to make the transfer. We send a reminder before the window expires. If the transfer has not arrived after 7 days, the order is cancelled automatically and nothing is taken.

We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

Free shipping applies to all orders of £50 or more. Orders under £50 incur a £2.99 standard shipping charge.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are buying as a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, without giving a reason.

You can tell us you are cancelling by emailing Support@helixpeptides.uk, or by using the model cancellation form below. You must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of return postage. We refund the price of the goods plus the standard outbound delivery cost you paid. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by you handling the goods more than was necessary.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof of return.

Exception: sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Separately from the cancellation right above, if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You can reject the goods and get a full refund if you tell us within 30 days of receiving them. After 30 days you can ask for a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or does not fix the problem you can claim a refund. We pay the return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.

None of this affects your statutory rights.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to you or to someone you have named to receive them. Title to the goods passes to you when we have received payment in full. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for any breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. The limits below apply only so far as the law allows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helix Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Helix Peptides and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with your order or with how we have handled a problem, email Support@helixpeptides.uk with your order number and we will respond within five working days. If we cannot resolve it, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme. We do not currently subscribe to one, and you retain the right to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales.
